City Excellence for Facilities Management (CEC) is a comprehensive integrated facilities management, operation and maintenance service provider jointly established by Housing Group and Gulf Facilities Management (GFM) of Saudi Arabia through a strategic joint venture. The company is headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

CEC has been awarded Class 1 Qualification in Facilities Management (FM) in Saudi Arabia—the highest level in the industry—and is ranked among the Top 10 FM enterprises in Saudi Arabia.

We plan to establish a Chinese Enterprise Growth Center in Saudi Arabia, dedicated to providing comprehensive, localized professional services for Chinese enterprises investing in the Kingdom, while assisting Saudi enterprises in exploring the Chinese market and connecting industrial resources.
