QIHOO 360 BEIJING
Headquarters of a Leading Chinese Internet Company and a Landmark in Northeast Beijing
As a leading provider of internet and security services in China, the Qihoo 360 set its headquarters building at Jiuxianqiao, a high-tech internet industry hub in Beijing, within the northern expansion area of Zhongguancun Science Park in Chaoyang District. It is a significant part of the new land- mark in Northeast Beijing, the Beijing Electronics Zone—International Electronic Headquarters. The project has a total building area of 69,000 square meters, comprising two towers.
In 2021, the Housing Group provided building renovation services for the complex. These services included professional diagnostics and the creation of comprehensive repair plans addressing various dimensions such as the building and en- closure structures, electrical systems, HVAC, and plumbing systems, focusing on operational status, equipment efficiency and lifespan, and safety risks.
