POSCO IT CENTER
POSCO' s first international technology business center in northeast China
The POSCO IT Center, developed by POSCO E&C, a subsidiary of the Fortune 500 company POSCO, boasts a green coverage rate of 35%. Located in the core area of Dalian High-Tech Zone, adjacent to the Wanda Plaza and Sunrise Shopping Center, this center boasts comprehensive supporting facilities and a strong business atmosphere. It is the most bustling commercial core area of the High-Tech Zone. The project area gathers high-tech industry bases, independent innovation platforms, and software and service outsourcing clusters, attracting dozens of Fortune 500 companies, including IBM, HP, Ericsson, and Dell.
In 2018, the Housing Group reached a cooperation agreement with POSCO E&C to provide investment promotion and comprehensive operation management services, establishing a comprehensive strategic partnership.
