SINOPEC
Self-use park of SINOPEC comprehensive research institute
Located in the Dalian Lushun Science and Technology Innovation Park of Chinese Academy of Sciences, the first phase project covers an area of 172,000 square meters, with 14 individual buildings and a total construction area of 171,600 square meters. The Institute focuses on developing Sinopec' s clean energy platform, emerging energy resources platform, and public technology platform, leveraging its existing research advantages from Fushun Institute. By establishing a technologically advanced, well-equipped, and efficiently managed comprehensive research institute which has lean workforce, it provides strong technical support for Sinopec to build a world-class energy and chemical company.
Since 2016, the Housing Group has provided comprehensive operation management services for the Institute.
