FMC CHENGDU(TIANFULIFE SCIENCE PARK PHASE II)
A World-Class Landmark Park for the Health Economics

As a core project of the cooperation between Chengdu and Sichuan University, it is positioned to become a new hub for biomedical innovation in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle, focusing on cutting-edge medicine, precision medicine, smart health, and medical aesthetics. Currently, it has attracted 40 high-level R&D platforms, including the national platforms of West China Hospital, "Frontiers Science Center for Disease-related Molecular Network," and the "National Industrial Innovation Center of Precision Medicine," as well as 14 companies founded on the research outcomes of Sichuan University professors. It also hosts projects from Fortune 500 companies such as AstraZeneca's western China headquarters and leading pharmaceutical projects like the R&D Center of Brilliant Pharmaceuticals. Phase II, with a total construction area of 303,200 square meters, is positioned to develop a demonstration park for the integration of biotechnology (BT) and information technology (IT).
Since 2021, the Housing Group has undertaken the project, providing industrial investment promotion and comprehensive operation management services.
